Due to the nature of custom-made products, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom order details, measurements, templates, colours, and specifications are correct before approval.

SECTION 5 – SURF PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY

Panza Fins AUS products are designed for surfing and related water sports, which involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products before use and ensuring products are suitable for their board, conditions, and skill level.

Panza Fins AUS is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, impacts, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing and water sports activities.
