SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Standard delivery orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Express delivery orders placed before 3:00pm AEST are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, product launches, or for custom-made orders.


Shipping Carriers

All orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post.

Domestic orders may be sent using either Standard or Express Post depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International orders are shipped using a range of international carriers depending on the destination country.


Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost charged by Panza Fins AUS.

We recommend checking your local import regulations and fees before placing an order.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive promptly, Panza Fins AUS is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
